Na mesma semana em que a Prefeitura de Jundia\u00ed aprova o projeto de regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o dos 211 lotes localizados na fase 1 do Jardim Novo Horizonte, a Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Municipal de A\u00e7\u00e3o Social (FUMAS) anuncia o in\u00edcio dos trabalhos nas fases 2 e 3 do bairro. Com a regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o, as fam\u00edlias ocupantes dos cerca de 500 lotes em quest\u00e3o receber\u00e3o a titularidade da \u00e1rea que ocupam.<\/p>\n

O LEPAC (Levantamento Planialtim\u00e9trico Cadastral) ser\u00e1 realizado no Novo Horizonte numa \u00e1rea aproximada de 375.520m\u00b2 e deve ser conclu\u00eddo em dois meses.<\/p>\n

Parceria com o Cidade Legal<\/strong><\/p>\n

As demais fases do Jardim Novo Horizonte, de 4 a 9, ser\u00e3o realizadas em parceria com o Programa Cidade Legal, da Secretaria Estadual de Habita\u00e7\u00e3o. Ap\u00f3s a conclus\u00e3o do LEPAC, prevista para ocorrer em dois meses, a FUMAS vai preparar o projeto de regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o e encaminhar para a aprova\u00e7\u00e3o na Prefeitura de Jundia\u00ed.<\/p>\n

Al\u00e9m do trabalho que complementar\u00e1 a regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o do Jardim Novo Horizonte, o Programa Cidade Legal tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 parceiro da FUMAS na regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o da Vila Marajoara, Rententem, Jardim Antonieta e Jardim Vit\u00f3ria (N\u00facleo Balsan).<\/p>\n
