Para quem faltou no segundo turno, prazo vence em 28 de janeiro<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Os eleitores que n\u00e3o votaram no primeiro turno das Elei\u00e7\u00f5es 2020\u00a0t\u00eam at\u00e9 14 de janeiro para justificar a aus\u00eancia para a Justi\u00e7a Eleitoral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Neste ano, por conta da pandemia, a justificativa deve ser feita pelo aplicativo e-T\u00edtulo<\/a> ou por meio do Sistema Justifica<\/a>. No caso de aus\u00eancia no segundo turno, o prazo expira em 28 de janeiro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Segundo o\u00a0Tribunal Superior Eleitoral (TSE)<\/a>, caso o eleitor n\u00e3o tenha smartphone ou acesso \u00e0 internet, o processo pode ser feito, excepcionalmente, em qualquer se\u00e7\u00e3o eleitoral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00c9 poss\u00edvel justificar aus\u00eancia em qualquer local de vota\u00e7\u00e3o do pa\u00eds no dia da elei\u00e7\u00e3o e em postos da Justi\u00e7a Eleitoral at\u00e9 60 dias ap\u00f3s cada turno. Caso o eleitor esteja fora do pa\u00eds, o cidad\u00e3o tem at\u00e9 30 dias contados da data de retorno ao Brasil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A justificativa \u00e9 v\u00e1lida somente para o turno ao qual o eleitor n\u00e3o compareceu. Assim, se ele deixou de votar no 1\u00ba e no 2\u00ba turno, ter\u00e1 que justificar a aus\u00eancia em ambos, separadamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
