O item \u00e9 essencial para evitar assaduras e garantir o conforto e bem-estar dos pacientes acamados, que n\u00e3o t\u00eam condi\u00e7\u00f5es de se locomover aos sanit\u00e1rios.\u00a0 Por isso, a fralda deve ser substitu\u00edda sempre que estiver suja com urina ou fezes, m\u00e9dia de quatro unidades ao dia por paciente.
